Quality boxing gloves protect your hands and wrists while delivering a powerful, joint-friendly workout that builds strength, cardio, and coordination. Select from any of these gloves on the linked page.

As a general guideline, 12 oz gloves are best for lighter athletes (under ~150 lbs) and faster bag work, 14 oz gloves work well for most people (150–180 lbs) as a balance of speed and protection, and 16 oz gloves are ideal for heavier athletes (180+ lbs), longer sessions, or anyone who wants maximum cushioning and joint protection—especially smart for proactive aging training.

TRAINER’S NOTE: When in doubt, go heavier—your hands will thank you.

Evergel hand wraps provide essential protection for your hands and wrists by stabilizing the small bones of the hand and absorbing impact where it counts.

They should be worn under your gloves, snug but not tight, with the wrist strap secured to support alignment and reduce stress on the joints. If you’re hitting the bag or mitts, wraps aren’t optional—they’re your first line of defense for keeping your hands healthy and pain-free for the long haul.

Select from any of the wraps on this page and be sure to select a size appropriate for your hands.
